Job Summary:

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and assisting them in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. Responsibilities:

- Find new clients through our proven training method and creative selling
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with personalized insurance solutions
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage options
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize various sales techniques such as telemarketing, networking, and referrals to generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or sales administration is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong computer skills are required for this position
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of insurance products and benefits administration is desirable
- Ability to market insurance products effectively to potential clients
- Must hold a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one
